Very satisfied with the overall experience after dealing with 5 members of the business, all were very helpful and dealt with all concerns, and even the one issue i had with a battery in the battery pack was resolved very quickly by replacement with no delays despite Covid and all the challenges it presented. It is a 6 kW system with 17 kWh of LFP batteries in the attic and it has been working flawlessly since. With the batteries there are quite a few days where i do not use any grid power and that is a nice feeling. Thanks to all at Solar Generation, it’s great to have such a professional outfit this side of the country.
